Service Cancellation Policy
Customers can reschedule or cancel the service request anytime through call +91 9081340001 / +91 9081340002.
If service request is cancelled or rescheduled before the cancellation time limit, then the cancellation charges will NOT be applicable.
If service request is cancelled or rescheduled after the cancellation time limit, then the cancellation charges will be applicable.
In case the service request is cancelled by Flew AC, then customer is NOT liable to pay cancellation charges.
Cancellation Time Limit (before the scheduled service time) : 4 hours
Product Return Policy
Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72 hours from the delivery. In case issues are reported after 72 hours, We reserves the right to reject the complaint at its discretion.
FlewAC will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer refund in case the product is out of stock/production and FlewAC will update the customer when the product is back in stock as and when FlewAC will hear from Manufacturer.
FlewAC's Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking Charges.
Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions.
FlewAC is not responsible for any in-transit damages, while product has been shipped by the customer. Customer is solely responsible for the damage claim from courier company.
How are Refunds Issued
Product replacement - In case of damaged (transit) or delivery of incorrect Product(s) FlewAC would replace it with a new one, upon receipt and verification of the returned item.
In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may specify that in your communication with our customer service.
Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.
